摘　　要：目的:总结采用Edwards MC3三尖瓣成形环进行三尖瓣成形术治疗三尖瓣关闭不全的手术效果。方法:使用Edwards MC3环行三尖瓣成形术治疗62例三尖瓣关闭不全患者,同期行瓣膜置换(成形)或心内畸形矫治,随访患者的心功能及超声心动图。结果:手术效果满意,无早期死亡,术后症状均有改善,心功能提高。心脏超声示三尖瓣反流程度均有不同程度改善,57例获得随访,随访时间1～24个月,随访期间无死亡,随访期间患者三尖瓣反流程度较术后改善。结论:Edwards MC3行三尖瓣成形术治疗三尖瓣关闭不全安全有效,效果满意。Objective To summarize the Edwards MC3 three tricuspid armuloplasty ring three tricuspid valve plasty in the treatment of three tricuspid shut down operation effect is not complete.Methods Using the Edwards ring MC3 three tricuspid plasty in the treatment of 62 cases of three tricuspid insufficiency, underwent valve replacement（forming） or intracardiac deformities,heart function and ultrasound heartbeat graph follow-up of patients with.Results The operation effect is satisfactory, no early death,the symptoms improved after surgery, cardiac function improvement.Eehocardiograrn showed three tricuspid reflux degree were improved to different degrees,57 cases were followed up,follow up time was 1 - 24 months,no deaths during follow-up,follow-up three patients with tricuspid regurgitation were improved after operation.Conclusion Edwards MC3 three tricuspid plasty in the treatment of three tricuspid insufficiency is safe and effective,with satisfactory effect.
