呼吸内科重症患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:对呼吸内科重症患者的临床护理进行总结和分析。方法:回顾性分析呼吸内科收治的110例重症呼吸疾病患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组55例,对照组进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行应急护理干预。结果:与护理前比较,两组护理后氧分压明显升高(P<0.05),二氧化碳分压、呼吸频率、心率明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组护理后比较,干预组护理后氧分压、二氧化碳分压、呼吸频率、心率升高/降低得更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:正确的护理与抢救方法,可有效减少患者病情加重,提高病患的生命质量。Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical nursing of respiratory department of internal medicine patients in icu.Methods A retrospective analysis of 110 cases of severe respiratory disease patients with respiratory department of internal medicine in our hospital,were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,55 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing,the intervention group for emergency nursing intervention based on routine nursing.Results Compared with care before,two groups of nursing after oxygen partial pressure increased significantly（P 〈 0.05）,carbon dioxide partial pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate decreased significantly（P 〈 0.05）;compared with the control group after nursing intervention group,nursing after oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate increased/decreased more obviously（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing and rescue method is correct,can effectively reduce the sicker patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
