推拿配合舒适颈枕治疗颈椎病60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察推拿手法配合舒适颈枕对各型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法 120例颈椎病患者,按照随机对照的原则分为治疗和对照组各60例,治疗组应用推拿手法配合舒适颈枕进行治疗,对照组单纯应用推拿手法进行治疗,治疗结束后进行临床疗效评定及VAS评分比较。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为81.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均较前降低,治疗后两组比较差异性明显(P<0.05)。结论推拿手法配合舒适颈枕治疗颈椎病疗效确切,安全无副作用,可以有效减轻患者疼痛及不适症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe massage and comfortable neck pillow therapeutic effect of various types of cervical spondylosis.Methods 120 cases of cervical spondylosis were divided into the treat- ment group and the control group, each with 60 patients. The application of comfortable neck pillow for treatment in treatment group ,the control group with the simple application of massage.After treatment, clinical efficacy evaluation and VAS scores were compared.Result In the treatment group,the total ef- fective rate of 91.7%.In the control group, the total effective rate was 81.7%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.VAS scores reduced in the two groups after treatment than before. Difference between two groups after treatment was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of massage and comfortable neck pillow treatment cervical spondylosis was safety and no side effects. The treating can effectively reduce the pain and symptoms, and be worthy of clinical application.
