摘　　要：阐述了葫芦科作物未受精子房离体培养的影响因素及再生植株的倍性鉴定和染色体加倍的方法,提出了未受精子房离体培养存在和需要解决的问题,从理论和实际意义上说明葫芦科蔬菜未受精子房离体培养的发展前景。The article reviewed the factors affecting in-vitro culture of unfertilized ovaries of cucurbitaceous vegetables and methods for ploidy identification of regeneration plants and chromosome doubling,and pointed out problems in unfertilized ovary culture in vitro,in addition,the article presented the development prospects of unfertilized ovary culture of cucurbitaceous vegetables in vitro from the theoretical and practical significance.
