摘 要:在采用自主研发的具有在线检测技术的超硬砂轮修整机修整各种成型金刚石砂轮时,存在着修整尺寸和形状精度不高、达不到刀具成型磨削要求以及工具砂轮耗损量大等问题。通过对工具砂轮往返运动速度、进给量、耗损量及被修砂轮精度关系的试验研究,结合最佳转速比对金刚石砂轮进行修整,优化设计参数后有效解决了上述问题,效率提高30%。When dressing all kinds of diamond wheels applying on-line testing technology of the super-abrasives wheel dresser which is independently developed by a domestic tool manufacturing company, there are some problems. For exampie, the accuracy of finishing size and shape is not high, the tool form grinding can' t reach the requirements, and the abrasion loss of tool grinding wheel is too high. This paper researched on the relation between the back and forth speed, the feed rate, the abrasion loss and the accuracy of dressed grinding wheel of the tool grinding wheel. Dressing diamond wheels combined with the best speed ratio, optimizing the parameters, a set of parameters were got. So the above problems were solved effectively and the efficiency was improved by 30%.
