摘　　要：研究了用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定钢中的镧元素的方法。采用了法国JobinYvon公司的ICP-AES发射光谱仪并选择了适宜的测试条件。研究表明:工作曲线在0.005%～0.50%间线性良好。选用镧408.67nm作为分析线,对于含量范围在0.005%～0.10%范围的镧元素,回收率为97.6%～110.0%,RSD小于6.48%;对于含量范围在0.10%～0.50%范围的镧元素,回收率为98.2%～101.5%,RSD小于2.51%。本方法适宜钢中含量范围在0.005%～0.50%的镧元素的测定。The ICP-AES method for the determination of La in steel has been studied. It has used the ICP-AES instrument product by Jobin Yvon company and selected suited testing condition. The working curve had a good linear relationship with La content in the range of 0. 005 %- 0.50%. It was selected La 408.67nm. The recoveries were 97.6%- 110.0% ,RSD was less than 6.48% in the range of La 0, 005%-0.10% for La,and the recoveries were 98.2%-101.5% , RSD was less than 2.51% in the range of La 0.10%-0. 50%. The method is suitable for determing La in steel with the content of 0. 005%-0.50%.
