摘  要:催化剂的制备采用等量浸渍方法,以三叶草状γ-Al2O3为催化剂载体,Cu、Fe、Ru为催化剂活性组分,La为催化助剂,研制贵金属Ru系复合催化剂。采用催化湿式空气氧化法(CWAO)处理有机废水,对制备的催化剂进行SEM和TG-DTA表征。结果表明:制备的负载型催化剂各活性组分能够很好地分布在载体表面,能够有效提高催化剂活性,制备催化剂时硝酸盐分解大概在230~440℃之间,焙烧温度不宜过高。Noble metal Ru-based catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method with clover shaped γ-Al2O3 as cartier, Cu, Fe and Ru as active components, La as the catalytic additive. Organic wastewater was treated by catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO). Prepared catalysts were characterized by SEM and TG-DTA. The results show that each of the active components of the supported catalysts prepared in this experiment can be well distributed on the surface of the carrier. It's able to effectively improve the activity of catalyst; Nitrates can be decomposed in the range of 230 440 ℃ during preparing catalysts, so calcination temperature should not be too high.
