摘　　要：对镇海炼化15万t/aMTBE装置的催化剂运行状况进行分析,从MTBE装置原料、运行工况等方面着手,探讨MTBE催化剂活性的影响因素并提出相应的措施,为进一步优化生产延长催化剂寿命指出方向。The catalyst operating condition of 150 kt/a MTBE unit in Zhenhai refining ＆ chemical company was analyzed. Influencing factors of catalyst activity in MTBE unit were discussed from the aspects of feedstock, operating condition and so on, corresponding measures were put forward, which can provide the direction for optimizing production and prolonging catalyst lifetime.
