摘 要:对干馏炉加料系统、炉内瓦斯导出系统、循环瓦斯系统、排灰系统以及页岩油回收系统进行工艺改造。改造后使干馏炉结构更加合理,生产操作省时、省力、高效、安全;页岩油回收系统的改造提高了页岩油回收率;发电以及脱硫项目的投入,节约能源保护环境。The feeding system, gas emission system, gas circulatory system, dust disposing system and shale oil recovery system of the carbonization furnace for oil shale were reformed. After the reformation, the furnace structure was more reasonable, the production operation became time saving and energy saving, high efficiency and safety. The recovery rate of shale oil increased after improving the shale oil recovery system. The utilization of power generation facilities and desulfurization facilities saved more energy and protected environment.
