摘  要:FTX催化剂是抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发的具有高活性的体相超深度加氢脱硫催化剂。FTX加氢催化剂以W-Mo-Ni为加氢活性金属组分,具有活性金属含量高、活性金属分散性好、较大的比表面积和孔体积、活性位中心多的特点,可以处理含有大分子的重质油。200 mL小型加氢装置的评价结果表明,FTX体相催化剂脱氮性能好,活性稳定性好,具有优异加氢裂化预处理性能。工业应用结果表明,在满负荷运转的条件下,能够满足工业装置实际生产要求,可为炼油厂加氢裂化装置扩能增效提供技术保证。FTX ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization catalyst with high activity was successfully developed by Sinopec Fushun research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals (FRIPP). The catalyst is to use W- Mo-Ni as active metal component for hydrogenation, is characterized by high active metal content, good dispersion of active metals, high specific surface area and pore volume and large number of active sites, may be used to treat poor oil with macromolecule. Evaluation results in 200ml hydrogenation setting illustrate that FTX catalyst has excellent activity of HDN and activity stability, can be applied in hydrocracking pretreatment process. The commercial application indicates that FTX catalyst has excellent hydrodenitrogenation activity under full-load operating conditions, can meet requirements of the actual production in industrial unit, which can provide technical guarantee for improving efficiency and capacity of hydrocracking units.
