摘　　要：阐述了基于SmartPlant Foundation平台的工厂基础信息管理系统的设计及实施过程,工厂基础信息管理系统可以有效地管理大型炼油化工企业在建设及运营维护过程中面临的海量、动态、复杂的工程类数据。Design and implementation process of the factory foundation information management system based on SmartPlant Foundation were introduced. The factory foundation information management system can effectively manage vast amounts of dynamic,complex engineering data which large refining and chemical enterprises are facing in the process of construction and operation and maintenance.
