摘　　要：介绍了基于T6963C控制器的液晶显示模块的硬件结构、特点和使用方法以及单片机控制下的硬件接口电路;叙述了T6963C的状态字和指令集在软件编程中的作用和特点,说明了基于该控制器的液晶显示模块图形方式下的字符汉字显示技术。The hardware structure, characteristic and usage of LCD module based on T6963C controller are pres- ented. The hardware interface circuit between the MCU and the LCD module is introduced. The function and features of the status word and instruction set of T6963C are described. The display techniques for characters and Chinese char- acters used in LCD module based on T6963C controller working in graphic display mode are explicated in the paper.
