摘  要:传统印染前处理过程大量消耗蒸汽能源和水资源进行退浆、煮练和漂白加工,并伴随着多道高温水洗。所以其生产特点是高温、高湿和高能耗。从节能高效新型纺织化学品开发的角度,探讨在不影响纺织品前处理效果的前提下,降低蒸汽用量、改变高温耗水的生产条件是落实印染节能的目标之一。本文研究了科凯精细化工(上海)有限公司的低温特效冷堆前处理剂FORYL MAG在蜡染花布产品前处理中的工艺应用,实践结果证明新工艺的节能效果显著。Traditional pretreatment before dyeing and printing was characterized by high temperature, humidity and energy consumption. Innovation of textile chemicals, which could reduce steam consumption and other production requirements, was an important way for the energy conservation of dyeing and printing industry. In this paper, a new kind of auxiliary named FORYL MAG and its application process were introduced. And the result of application indicated the new pretreatment process with FORYL MAG had the benefits of energy conservation and lower cost.
