摘　　要：2012年我国果菜汁及果菜汁饮料制造业整体保持平稳发展态势。全国规模以上果菜汁及果菜汁饮料制造企业产品产值利润双双实现大幅度增长,上缴利税持续增加。浓缩苹果汁价格持续下跌,国内橙汁价格基本平稳,梨汁、番茄酱价格均呈上涨态势。果菜汁进出口量减少,尤其是对欧洲出口减少。行业发展中,关键技术与装备主要依赖进口、加工产能过剩、原料基地建设滞后、成本上升等问题仍然比较突出。建议国家支持科技创新,完善产业指导,加快实施农产品产地初加工惠民工程,保障原料有效供给,实施贸易促进和市场多元化战略,加强对国际果菜汁市场的预警监测。In 2012, China＇s fruit and vegetable juice industry had developed smoothly. As well as taxes, the profit and production in- creased dramatically. In detail of the market, price of concentrated apple juice decreased in the whole year, the price of domestic orange juice has not fluctuated too much, the price of pear juice and tomato sauce kept on increasing. The imports and exports of juice dropped, especially, the export to Europe has dropped sharply, the key technology and equipment mainly depended on import. The industry is run- ning into overcapacity in some sense. The staple still lags behind demand of the industry, the cost is increasing very fast, the technology should be emphasized, and the industry needs to be guided. We also need to launch the project of processing raw agricultural products for enriching farmers, The strategy for material supply, trade promotion and multimarket development should be made. We also need to promote monitoring and early warning for international fruit and vegetable juice market.
