摘  要:以仿栗种衣为原料,利用响应面法(RSM)优化超声波辅助提取仿栗种衣油工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,设定超声工作/间歇时间为4s/1s,选取料液比、提取温度、超声时间、超声功率为影响因子,仿栗种衣油得率为响应值,应用Box-behnken中心组合试验设计建立数学模型,进行响应面分析。确定了超声波辅助提取仿栗种衣油最佳工艺优化条件为:料液比1∶7.6、提取温度43℃、超声时间21min、超声功率395W,仿栗种衣油得率可达60.26%。对仿栗种衣油脂肪酸组成GC-MS分析可知,其不饱和脂肪酸含量为68.55%,其中油酸和亚油酸相对含量分别为60.77%和7.78%。Taking the Sloanea hemsleyana aril as raw material, Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to optimize ultrason- ic aided extracting condition of Sloanea hemsleyana aril oil. Based on single factor experiment, we set the ultrasonic running and interim time 4s/1 s, chose the solid-liquid ratio, the extraction temperature, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power as impact factor and the yield of oil as response value, applied Box-behnken central composite experimental design to establish the mathematical model. Result showed that the optimum extraction conditions of ultrasonic aided extracting were liquid ratio 1: 7.6, extraction temperature 43℃, ultrasonic time 21rain and ultrasonic power 395W. The essential oil yield was 60. 26%. Through the GC-MS analysis of fatty acid in Sloanea hemsleyana aril, total content of unsaturated fatty acids was 68.55% , among which oleic acid and linoleic acid content were 60. 77% and 7.78% re- spectively.
