兰索拉唑对反流性食管炎患者胃蛋白酶原、食管动力学及白介素水平的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析兰索拉唑对反流性食管炎患者胃蛋白酶原、食管动力学及白介素水平的影响。方法:选取2011年12月～2013年1月于本院采用奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利进行治疗的38例反流性食管炎患者为对照组,同时期采用兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利进行治疗的38例患者为观察组,然后将两组患者治疗前与治疗后2周、4周的血清胃蛋白酶原、多项白介素水平及食管动力学指标进行统计比较。结果:观察组2周、4周的血清PGⅠ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ及G-17均高于对照组,多项白介素水平均低于对照组,食管动力学指标均优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异,而两组间的PGⅡ则无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:兰索拉唑对反流性食管炎患者胃蛋白酶原、食管动力学及白介素水平的影响较明显,对于患者疾病状态及相关因素的改善均发挥着积极的作用。Objective. To study and analyze the influence of lansoprazole for the pepsinogen, esoph- ageal motility and interleukin levels of patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods. A total of 38 patients with reflux esophagitis that were treated with omeprazole and mosapride in our hospital from December 2011 to January 2013 were selected as control group,38 patients treated with lansoprazole and mosapride during the same period were enrolled as observation group,then the serum pepsinogen, various interleukin and esophageal motility indexes of two groups before and 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment were analyzedand compared. Results：The serum PG Ⅰ ,PG I/PG II and G-17 of observation group at 2nd and 4th week after the treatment were all higher than those of control group, various interleukin levels were all lower than those of control group,esophageal motility indexes were all better than those of control group （P all d0.05）, while the PG Ⅱ of two groups were no significant different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The influence of lansoprazole for the pepsinogen, esophageal motility and interleukin levels of patients with reflux esoph- agitis is obvious,and it plays an active role for the improvement of disease state and related factors of pa- tients.
