摘  要:目的:探讨研究腹腔镜肝脏切除术患者围术期血液黏度及肾功能、血浆蛋白水平的变化状态。方法:选取于本院进行开腹肝脏切除术治疗的28例患者为对照组,并选取同期的28例采用腹腔镜肝脏切除术进行治疗的患者为观察组,然后将两组患者手术前1d与手术后1、3、5d的血液黏度及肾功能、血浆蛋白水平进行比较。结果:观察组手术后1、3、5d的血液黏度均低于对照组,肾功能、血浆蛋白指标波动均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜肝脏切除术患者围术期血液黏度及肾功能、血浆蛋白水平的波动相对较小,有效反应了本术式对机体不良影响更小的特点。Objective. To investigate the change of blood viscosity,renal function and plasma pro- teins of patients treated with laparoscopic liver resection during perioperative period. Methods. A total of 28 patients treated with open liver resection in our hospital from September 2011 to January 2013 were se- lected as control group,28 cases treated with laparoscopic liver resection at the same time as observation group,then the blood viscosity,renal function and plasma proteins of two groups on the 1st day before the treatment and on the lst,3rd and 5th day after the treatment were compared. Results_. Blood viscosity of observation group on the lst,3rd and 5th day after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group,fluctuation of renal function and plasma proteins were significantly lower than those of con-trol group (P〈0.05). Conclusion. The fluctuation of blood viscosity,renal function and plasma proteins of patients treated with laparoscopic liver resection during perioperative period is relatively lower,and it indi- cates that laparoscopic liver resection has fewer side effect.
