丙泊酚复合地左辛在无痛人流术中的麻醉效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丙泊酚复合地左辛在无痛人流术中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法:选取2011年10月～2012年10月于本院进行无痛人工流产手术的104例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(丙泊酚组)和观察组(丙泊酚复合地左辛组)每组各52例,然后将两组患者的唤醒时间、定向力恢复时间、不良反应发生率、术后VRS评分、麻醉效果及术前、术中5min、术后5min的血流动力学指标水平进行统计及比较。结果:观察组唤醒时间、定向力恢复时间均短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,术后VRS评分及麻醉效果均优于对照组,术中5min及术后5min的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及血氧饱和度(SpO2)均高于对照组,HR低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚复合地左辛在无痛人流术中的麻醉效果及安全性均较佳,且患者的不良应激反应也更小。Objective. To study the anesthetic effects and safety of propofol combined with dezocine in painless artificial abortion. Methods. A total of 104 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were selected as research ob}ect,and they were randomly divided into control group（propofol group, 52 cases） and observation group（propofol combined with dezo- cine group, 52 cases）,then the wake-up time, orientation force recovery time, incidence of adverse reac- tions, postoperative VRS score, anesthetic effect and hemodynamics indexes before the operation,5 min af- ter the operation started, 5 rain after the end of the operation and compared between the two groups. Re- suits.The wake-up time and orientation force recovery time of observation group were both shorter than those of control group ,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than those of control group,postoperativeVRS score, anesthetic effect were better than those of control group, systolic blood pressure（SBP）, diastolic blood pressure（DBP） and oxygen saturation（SpO2） of observation group 5 min after the operation was started and 5 min after the end of the operation were higher than those of control group, HR were lower than those of control group （P all〈0.05）. Oonclusion：The anesthetic effect and safety of propofol com- bined with dezocine in painless artificial abortion is better but adverse reaction is less.
