摘 要:为了找出连翘播种育苗出苗率低的原因,以河北井陉县苍岩山镇洞阳坡村的连翘种子为试验材料,分别对连翘种子吸水量、生活力、不同硼酸和双氧水浓度下未沙藏和沙藏连翘种子的发芽情况进行研究。结果表明:连翘种子的吸水过程分为4个生理期,分别为:快速吸水期、吸水停滞期、第2次吸水高峰期、吸水下降时期;低温沙藏有助于提高连翘种子的发芽率;低浓度的硼酸和双氧水均能促进连翘种子萌发。To identify the reasons of lower seed germination rate of Forsythia suspense (thumb.) Vahl, the basic materials from Dong Yangpo Village of Hebei Province were used in this paper by determining the water absorbing capacity and viability of its seeds treated with different concentrations of boric acid or hydrogen peroxide after cold stratification or stored under ambient conditions. Analyses results showed that seed germination follows four phases according to physiological processes including quick water absorption, stagnated wa- ter absorption, the 2nd water absorption fastigium , and water absorption descending. Mo- reover, seed cold storage in sand can improve its germinating ability of Forsythia suspense (Thunb.) Vahl and low concentration of boric acid and hydrogen peroxide can accelerate seed germination.
