摘  要:通过盆栽试验考察了枯草芽孢杆菌ZL-3对草莓连作病害的防治效果。结果发现,枯草芽孢杆菌ZL-3的发酵液和灭菌后的发酵液在一定程度上改善了土壤的微生态环境,抑制了病原菌的生长,促进了连作草莓的生长发育,从而减轻了连作病害的病症。发酵液和灭菌发酵液处理的死苗率分别为19.17%和21.67%,连作处理的死苗率为59.5%,显著高于枯草芽孢杆菌ZL-3的处理。而连作处理的草莓产量为24.266 7g,发酵液和灭菌发酵液处理的草莓产量显著高于连作处理,分别为81.333 3g和68.4g。本试验为枯草芽孢杆菌ZL-3的田间应用提供了一定的理论基础,为草莓连作病害的防治提供了新的技术方法。A pot experiment was conducted to study the control effect of Bacillus subtilis ZL- 3 on strawberry replant disease. It was found that the fermentation solution of Bacillus sub- tilis ZL-3 and the sterilized fermentation solution both improved the soil micro-ecological en- vironment, inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and even promoting the growth and development of strawberry. The death rate of strawberry treated with the fermentation broth and sterilized fermentation solution was 19. 17% and 21.67%, while the mortality was 59. 5% in con- tinuous cropping treatment, which was significantly higher than that of Bacillus subtilis ZL-3. The strawberry yield in the continuous cropping treatment was 24. 266 7 g, while that treated with the fermentation broth and sterilized fermentation liquid were 81. 333 3 g and 68.4 g, which was significantly higher than the continuous cropping treatment. This test provides the theoretical basis for field application of Bacillus subtilis ZL-3 and a new technical ap- proach for the prevention and control of strawberry replant disease.
