摘　　要：研究了NaDC/Brij97/IPM/H2O混合体系形成的溶致液晶作为药物载体对姜黄素缓释作用。通过体外透析实验发现,包载姜黄素的溶致液晶对姜黄素有很好的缓释效果,且累计释放曲线符合一级动力学方程。The invitro release of curcumin encapsulated by the liquid crystal formed by NaDC/Brij97/ IPM/H2O system was investigated at 25℃. Indicated by the dialysis experiment data, the curcumin could be extended released in all the liquid crystal samples. The cumulative release curves of liquid crystal samples followed the first -order kinetics equation.
