摘 要:基于帕累托次优理论,提出了一种在上网电价差异较大的发电厂商之间通过电量置换,在不损害原发电厂商原收益、不提高发电侧平均上网电价约束前提下,次优化求解出使国有资产效益流失最大限度减小的交易模型,这种模型理想情况下的计算结果表明了电量置换交易的充分必要性,有利于资源的优化利用,有较强的可操作性,在局部电网已得到应用.The paper presents a kind of power-exchanging transaction mode among price-varied power plants based on Pareto,s second best theory,in which it will be beneficial to the priced-varied power plants without any loss of profit of them and guarantees state-owned assets profit in minimum loss with no promotion of average price limit by the power plants.Under ideal conditions computation results basing on presented model show the sufficiency and necessity of power-exchanging transaction and for the optimal use of resources.Also the presented model is shown to be full of practicability and has been used in some part of power grid.
