摘 要:以煤沥青为原料,通过添加不同含量的氟化物对煤沥青进行改性处理,采用TG、CO2反应性以及XRD和SEM分析对改性沥青焦进行表征。结果表明,氟化物有效地改善了炭化产物沥青焦的显微结构,使改性沥青焦更加致密,并在一定程度上改变了沥青焦的氧化行为,从而明显提高沥青焦的抗氧化性能。相对未改性沥青焦,氟化物改性沥青焦CO2反应性降低了47%~74%。With coal-tar pitch as the raw material, binder pitch was modified by adding different con- tents of fluoride. With TG, C02 reactivity, XRD and SEM, modified pitch coke were characterized. The results show that fluoride has effectively improved the microstructure of pitch coke and caused modified pitch coke denser in texture. The addition of fluoride has changed to a certain degree the oxi- dation behavior of modified pitch coke and evidently raised the coke's oxidation resistance. Compared with unmodified pitch coke, the COz reactivity of fluoride modified pitch coke has been reduced by 47%-74%.
