摘  要:随着城市供热管网的延伸,供热检查井的数量成倍增长,检查井的安全和泄漏情况直接影响到整个管网的安全正常运行。本文以超低功耗的PIC单片机作为核心处理器利用温度传感器对补偿器隔热材料内外温度进行采集,判断补偿器是否损坏发生泄漏,同时利用液位开关监测井内的积水水位,水位过高说明井内发生异常需要检查,同时在井盖下安装防盗开关,防止人为恶意开井,实现了检查井数字化实时监控,对管网数字化做出不可缺少的贡献。As the extension of the network of the urban heating pipe, the number of the heating inspection wells grows exponentially, with which the security and leakage situation of the inspection wells directly affect the normal operation of the entire pipe network. In this paper,the PIC SCM of low power consumption as the core processor, it uses temperature sensor to gather the external and internal temperature in the material of isolation and compensation, and decides whether compen- sation engines damage to make leakage.At the same time, the SCM watches the switch of scale to supervise the water scale and check out where there is an abnormal situation. Besides, a security switch is needed to prevent malicious well open intentionally. Finally, the device accomplishes real-time digital supervision and contributes greatly to the digitiza- tion of pipe network.
