摘  要:针对油田井场方形油罐的燃油计量管理的问题,提出了一种较精确的计量方法及设备的设计方案,实现井场燃油的远程监测及准确计量。在油罐底部用压力变送器测量油罐内三点压力,换算出三处的液位高度,从而确定出油罐以不同偏角放置时油罐内燃油的液面位置。利用Cayley-Menger行列式算出油罐内燃油体积,再根据燃油密度计算出油罐内燃油质量。使用STC12C5A60S2作为主控单片机,单片机片内集成A/D转换功能。利用数码管实时显示油罐内存储油量。使用GPS模块采集油罐所在位置的经纬度。单片机将所有采集来的数据通过GPRS模块发到检测中心。To solve the question of the fuel tank' s measuring and managing, a scheme that how to measure the fuel in the tank and design the equipment is put forward to achieve monitoring and measuring in the distance. Three pressure transmitters fixed on three different points of the bottom of the tank are used to measure the pressures. With this three different pressures, the height of these three points can be gotten. So the passion of liquid level which is own to the tank is placed at an angle can be known. With the aid of Cayley-Menger determinant, the volume of the fuel in the tank can be gotten, and it's easy to get the quality of the fuel. STC5A60S2 is used to be the MCU, A/D conversion module is included in this chip. The volume and quality of the fuel are shown on the nixie tube. The longitude and latitude are collected by GPS module. All the data are sent to the monitoring center by the single-chip microcomputer.
