摘　　要：针对炼钢厂基础自动化网络(L1)、过程自动化网络(L2/L2.5)、ERP三级网络(L3)以及办公局域网络(OA)多级网络互通互连的特点,对炼钢厂整个网络体系结构、逻辑网络组成进行合理规划,使用千兆智能网管交换机作为核心交换机,二级系统网络通过防火墙与内部办公网隔离,内部办公网通过防火墙与公司外网隔离,ERP系统通过网闸与公司网络物理隔离,同级网络采用VLAN等技术手段进行逻辑隔离,减少广播风暴对网络带宽的占用,提高网络传输效率,保证各工艺点数据的安全性。设计目的是解决钢厂多网融合问题,构建安全高效的管控一体化网络平台。Aiming at the factory automation network （ LI ）, steelmaking process automation network （ L2/L2.5 ）, ERP three level network （L3） and office local area network （ OA ） the steelmaking plant of the whole network system structure, logic network reasonable planning, uses gigabit intelligent network switch as the core switches, level two system network by firewall segregation and internal office network, internal office network by firewall and network isolation, ERP system through the gap and the company network physical isolation, peer networks uses VLAN technology logic isolation, to reduce the broadcast storm on the network bandwidth, to improve the efficiency of the network, guarantee the security of the process data. The design purpose is to solve the problem of multi-network integration construction steel, safe and efficient integration of management and control network platform.
