关节镜直视下松解治疗膝关节手术后粘连

摘　　要：探讨关节镜直视下软组织松解在膝关节切开术后关节内粘连所致关节活动障碍治疗中的价值和特点。方法 :通过对膝关节切开术后屈膝功能障碍 ,采用关节镜直视下疤痕及挛缩组织松解 ,术后关节持续被动活动的方法治疗的 36例患者进行随访观察。结果 :经平均 3年半的随访 ,膝关节的活动度较术前平均增加 6 8°,无1例发生皮肤坏死、伸膝无力及骨折等并发症。结论 :与股四头肌成形术相比 ,关节镜下松解术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症很少等优点 。objective: To study the value of arthroscopic fibroathrolysis in the treatment of postoperative fibroathrosis of the knee. Methods: 36 patients with postoperative joint stiffness underwent arthroscopic fibroarthrolysis in our hospital from August 1987 through August 1998 were followed. Results: With a follow-up period ranging from six months to five years, marked improvement of range of motion was obtained in most patients. The mean range of knee motion increased 68°. No serious complications were encountered in this series. Conclusions: Arthroscopic intraarticular release of adhesions is efficacious in the management of arthrofibrosis of the knee subsequent to previous open operative procedures.
