成人心理弹性量表在护理人员中的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的考察成人心理弹性量表(RSA)在护理人员中的信效度。方法首先运用445名护理人员对成人心理弹性量表进行项目分析并验证原量表的结构;其次将445名护理人员按照出生年月由大到小,相同再按照学历由高到低排序后,参照随机数字表,按单双数的不同进行完全随机分成样本1和样本2,分别对原量表进行修订与信效度检验。结果成人心理弹性量表原结构的验证性因子分析结果χ2/df值为1.808,CFI、IFI、AGFI值分别为0.77、0.78、0.72,RMSEA值为0.093;探索性因子分析后共保留了19个条目,包括5个因子,因子负荷为0.446～0.828,累积方差解释率为57.665%。总量表、各因子的内部一致性系数分别为0.657～0.856,4周后的重测信度为0.770～0.840。各因子与总分间呈高度相关,相关系数为0.698～0.749;各因子间相关,相关系数为0.272～0.682。修订后量表的验证性因子分析结果χ2/df值为1.862,CFI、IFI、AGFI值分别为0.90、0.90、0.85,RMSEA值为0.062;修订后的量表总分及各因子与积极心理和领会社会支持量表(PSSS)呈正相关,与焦虑、抑郁呈负相关。结论修订后的成人心理弹性量表具有良好的心理测量学指标,可适用于护理人群心理弹性的研究。Objective To examine the reliability and validity of Resilience Scale for Adults （RSA） in nurses in Chi- na~ Methods Item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of RSA was conducted. A total of 445 nurses were randomly divided into 2 groups using random number table. One group was used to revise RSA and the other to evaluate its reliability and validi- ty. Results Confirmatory factor analysis of the original RSA showed thatx2/df, CFI, IFI, AGFI, RMSEA were 1. 808, 0.77, 0. 78, 0. 72, and 0. 093, respectively. The number of item was reduced to 19 based on exploratory factor analysis results, in- cluding five factors which explained 57. 665% of the total variance. Factor loading ranged from 0. 446 to 0. 828. Coefficient of internal consistency ranged from 0. 657 to 0. 856 and the 4 - week test - retest reliabilities ranged from O. 770 to 0. 840. The fac- tor scores were closely correlated with the total scores with correlation coefficient ranging from 0. 698 to 0. 749. The factors were closely correlated with each other with correlation coefficient ranging from 0. 272 to 0. 682. The confirmatory factor analysis of the revised RSA showed thatx2/df, CFI, IFI, AGFI, and RMSEA were 1.862, 0.90, 0.90, 0.85, and 0.062, respectively. The total scores and all factors were positively correlated with positive psychology and perception of social support scale, and neg- atively correlated with anxiety and depression. Conclusion The revised RSA has good psychometric properties and can be used to measure the resilience of nurses.
