苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗单纯收缩期高血压的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗单纯收缩期高血压的临床疗效。方法将选取的100例高血压患者随机分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例),观察组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗,对照组单用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,均治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后血压和心率、疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组收缩压和脉压下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗单纯收缩期高血压疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of amlodipine besylate combined with benazepril in the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension.Methods 100 patients were divided into observation group（50 patients）and control group（50 patients）,each group respectively cured by amlodipine besylate joint benazepril and amlodipine besylate,then compared the changes of blood pressure and heart rate,the whole effect and adverse reaction conditions.Results Systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure drop in the observation group were more obvious,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;total effective rate in the observation group was 92.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group 78.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction of two groups had,no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amlodipine besylate combined with Benner Pury has significant effect in the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension,worthy of clinical application.
