摘 要:电解铝稳流系统的效果直接影响电解产品的质与量。介绍了二极管整流加饱和电抗器稳流的供电方式,分析了整流机组控制和系列电流控制的原理。将自饱和电抗器等效为一个可控的电感,以系列电压的设定值与测量值之差作为有载调压开关的触发信号,提出了一套稳流协调控制策略。利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件搭建模型模拟仿真,结果表明,该控制策略能够有效地保持电解系列电流的平稳,且能够大大降低运行成本,提高经济效益。The effect of the current stabilization control system in an aluminum smelter affects the quality and quantity of the electrolysis products. This paper elaborates the power supply which is composite diode rectifier and the self-saturable reactors to keep the series current stable, describes the principle of the rectifier unit control and the serise current control. The paper addresses a strategy to keep the series current stable which the self-saturable reactors are controlled by a proportional - integral control scheme and the on load tap changers of transformer are triggered by the errors of the series voltage setting and the measured series voltage values. The current stabilization control system has been modelled in PSCAD/EMTDC in an aluminum smelter. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy is effective to keep the series current stable, and it can improve economic performance greatly.
