摘　　要：电力公司营业厅是面向广大电力客户提供面对面服务的营业场所,主要是为顾客提供营业、收费、咨询等服务。"大集中"智能营业厅现场管理平台通过网络、实时视频、红外感应、发布终端、海量数据分析、数据压缩等技术,基于BS架构,充分考虑营业厅分散、网络环境复杂等因素,搭建"大集中"的营业厅现场管理平台,统一实现了营业厅的智能化管理,提升硬件服务水平。The business hall is a business place which provides face-to-face serviee to the great mass of electrieity customers. It mainly provides customers with sales, fees and advisory services. Site management of smart centralized bussiness realizes unified intelligent management and improve hardware scrviee level through technologies of network, real-time video, infrared induction, distribution terminal, huge amounts of data analysis, data compression, based on B/S structure, accounting the factors of postal scrvice, hall, complex network environment.
