摘  要:为研究维生素E对铬酸钾 (K2 CrO4 )所致大鼠睾丸毒性的影响 ,将大鼠分为 4组 ,其中 3组口服K2 CrO4 (1 0mg/kg体重 ) ,第二组加服维生素E(5mg/kg) ,第三组按 2 0mg/kg体重加服生素E ,连续服药 30天 ,通过光镜检查 ,结果发现 :单独服用K2 CrO4 1 0mg/kg组的大鼠睾丸曲细精管不同程度变性 ,管内生精细胞数目减少、缺如 ,精子形成少或者无。而用K2 CrO4 (1 0mg/kg)染毒同时加服维生素E(2 0mg/kg)组大鼠睾丸组织破坏程度减轻。结果显示In order to investigate the effect of vitamin E on rat testis toxicity caused by chromium, the rats were divided into four groups.Among three groups given K 2CrO 4(10 mg/kg body weight) for 30 days,the second group was added vitamin E 5 mg/kg;and third group was added vitamin E 20 mg/kg.The results examined by optic microscope are as follows: The convoluted seminiferous tubules of K 2CrO 4 group showed degeneration in various degree.The number of spermatid was markedly depleted,and no spermatoblast was seen in the tubules.But in the groups adding vitamin E(20 mg/kg) destruction of testis tissue was lessened obviously.The results show that vitamin E might have protective effect against chromium foxicity.
