摘　　要：随着网络的发展和许多不确定因素增加,图书馆危机事件时有发生。对危机信息进行收集、加工、处理并据此做出危机管理决策,是图书馆化解各种危机的有效方法。在阐述图书馆危机信息内涵的基础上,构建了图书馆危机预警、处理、恢复三个阶段的信息管理模式,分析每个阶段信息管理模式的内容,以实现图书馆危机的科学管理。With the development of nerwork and the increase of many uncertainties, some crisis events occurred in li- braries. The collection, processing, handling of erisis information,the decision-making of crisis management are the effective method to resolve the various crises in libraries. This paper elaborates the connotation of library crisis and builds warning, processing, recovery three-stages＂ library crisis information management models, and analyses the contents of every stage＇s information management model in detail, in order to realize seientifie management of library crisis.
