摘　　要：随着时代的进步和科学技术的发展,高校图书馆的传统服务模式越来越不能适应当今信息时代的要求。如何创新服务模式,与时代发展同步,是高校图书馆软硬件基础建设、管理与服务理念提升的新课题。基于Web2.0环境,从多个角度提出了有效提升高校图书馆服务质量的工作措施和管理建议。With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, the traditional service mode of university library more and more can not meet the demand of information society. How to innovate service mode synchronised with the development of the times, is the new topic of university library management software and hardware infrastructure, and service concept upgrade. Based on the web2.0 environment, this paper puts for- ward effective work measures and management advice to improve the quality of university library service from many points.
