实验室麻醉药品和精神药品管理中应注意的问题和防范的措施

摘　　要：目的了解实验室麻醉药品和精神药品管理情况,为规范药品管理提供参考。方法对实验室麻醉药品和精神药品管理中存在的问题进行总结和分析。结果与结论要加大实验室麻醉药品和精神药品管理力度,就需要从建立健全实验室麻醉药品和精神药品管理和检查制度、加强实验室人员教育、提高药品余液的监管力度,以及采用信息化方式提升药品管理效率等方面人手,对药品使用进行规范化和科学化管理,最终达到实验室药品的安全管理的总目标。Objective To investigate the laboratory management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and provide reference for drug control. Methods The promble of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances administration in the laboratory were summarized and analyzed. Results and Conclusions The management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in laboratory should be improved, through the establishment of the management and inspection system of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, reinforce of the laboratory staff education, improvement of drugs＇ residual supervision, enhancement of drug＇s management efficiency by information technology, to achieve the overall goal of the safety management of the laboratory drugs.
