摘　　要：信息公平是实现和谐社会,保障公民各项平等权利的基础。通过对中国公民图书馆信息利用现状的分析,探讨了信息公平的重要作用;并结合公共图书馆功能和使命,对更好的开发公共图书馆的信息资源,最大限度的缩小信息贫富差距,实现读者信息满足公平,进行了有意义的探索。Information fairness is the foundation of the realization of a harmonious society,and safeguard citizen＇s equal rights.This article through to the Chinese citizens＇ library information uses the analysis of the current situation,discussed the important role of information equity;and the combination of public library function and mission,for better development of public library information resources,to maximize the bridging the information gap between the rich and the poor,the reader realize the information to meet fair,undertook exploration has practical significance.
