摘　　要：介绍了中国目前与网络著作权相关的法律法规,叙述了搜索引擎下网络著作权保护的发展历程,论述了搜索引擎下网络侵权的可能性,指出了当前网络著作权保护方面存在的问题,并对搜索引擎下的网络著作权保护提出了相应的措施。This paper briefly introduces laws and regulations on Internet copyright and reviews the process of protecting Internet copyright of searching engine.After these,it analyses the possibilities of Internet copyright infringement of searching engine,points out the weaknesses of measures taken nowadays and thinks of ways to strengthen searching engine’ s internet copyright protection.
