摘　　要：基于图书馆编目业务外包的现状,以海南经贸职业技术学院图书馆为例,阐述了基于ILasⅡ系统如何利用Excel表格控制编目业务外包中的书目数据质量,并将此过程中所得经验和方法总结出来供同仁们交流、参考或借鉴。Under the present situation of the outsourcing of library’ s cataloging work,this paper introduces that,based on ILasⅡ,how to use Excel to control the bibliographic data quality in the outsourcing of library’ s cataloging work,and simultaneity takes the Hainan Economics and Business College library for an example;finally,the author hope the other library to use his technique for reference.
