摘　　要：作为公共文化体系的重要组成部分,图书馆应积极投身其建设,但各高校图书馆参与公共文化服务体系建设的现状不容乐观。新形势下,图书馆应利用自身的资源、设备和人才优势,不断创新服务理念,转变服务模式,拓宽服务内容,为社会公共文化体系的建设作出自己应有的贡献。As an important part of the public cultural system,the library should be actively engaged in its construction,but it is not optimistic that each university library participates in the construction of public cultural service system.Under the new situation,the library should use its own resources,equipment and personnel advantages,innovate service concept,change in the mode of service,broaden the range of service,and make its due contribution.
