摘　　要：以图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务为研究对象,首先针对图书馆咨询服务的发展现状———数字化图书馆网上虚拟参考咨询服务及其系统应用做了简要分析,在此基础之上,以Library 2.0的引入为着眼点,对图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的新特点进行了详细阐述,并对虚拟参考咨询服务的走向进行了探讨,旨在于引起关注与重视。in this paper,taking the library virtual reference service as the research object,firstly the present development situation of the Library Reference Service--the application of digital library virtual reference service online and system are briefly analyzed,on the basis of this,the Library 2 into focus,the new features of the virtual reference service of Library in detail,and trend of virtual reference service are discussed,aimed and attention attention.
