摘 要:NAC(NAM,ATAF1/2和CUC2)是植物特有的一类转录因子,在植物的生长发育、器官建成、激素调节和防御抵抗多种生物和非生物胁迫等方面都发挥着重要作用。利用BeNAC1为饵基因,通过NCBI tblastn在毛竹的cDNA文库中筛选到7个与其相似性较高的cDNA全长序列,分别命名为PeNAC1、PeNAC2、PeNAC3、PeNAC4、PeNAC5、PeNAC6和PeNAC7。基因组分析显示,这7个NAC家族转录因子都具有3个外显子,2个内含子;氨基酸序列分析显示其N端都含有典型的NAC保守结构区域,且大多属于ATAF和NAP亚家族。功能分析显示,这些NAC转录因子可能参与毛竹的激素调节、干旱胁迫、盐胁迫、寒冷胁迫等非生物胁迫及昆虫侵害等生物胁迫的防御抵抗,有的还可能参与毛竹的叶片衰老调控。NAC (NAM, ATAF1, 2 and CUC2) proteins are plant-specific transcription factors, and have crucial roles in plant development, organ formation, hormonal regulation, biotic and abiotic stress response, defense, etc. In this study, with BeNAC1 as a bait gene, seven sequences which have high similarity with BeNAC1 were found in the Moso (Phyllostachys edulis) EST database through NCBI tblastn, and were named as PeNAC1, PeNAC2, PeNAC3, PeNAC4, PeNACS, PeNAC6 and PeNAC7, respectively. The 7 transcription factors showed similar gene structure, contained 3 exons and 2 introns. The functional analysis showed that these NAC transcription factors may be involved in hormonal regulation, abiotic stresses (drought stress, salt stress, cold stress) and biotic stresses (insect) de- fense regulation, and some may be involved in leaf senescence regulation ofmoso bamboo.
