摘　　要：近年来,手性冠醚作为手性分离选择剂,已成功的用于识别和拆分各种外消旋氨基化合物。本文对几种分别含有机酸单元、联萘酚单元、糖单元、醇单元的手性冠醚在手性识别伯胺、氨基酸、氨基酸酯等立体异构体方面的应用进行了总结。In recent years, the chiral crown ethers have been successfully applied in the recognition and separation of racemic amino compounds. In this article, the applied research advancement of several main types of crown ethers incorporating organic acid units, a chiral binaphthyl unit, sugar units, idol unit on ehiral recognition towards chiral primary amines, amino acids and amino acid esters are reviewed here.
