摘　　要：采用薄层扫描法测定骨刺药贴中大黄素的含量。方法简便快速 ,灵敏度高 。Comparing the change in the content of bitter apricot kernel glucoside when the peels of bitter apricot kernel are removed or reserved and we find that there is a litte more bitter apricot kernel glucoside in the products whose peels are removed than in those whose peels are not removed. It shows that it is not necessary to get rid of the peels of bitter apricot kernel in the process of being roasted, baked and simmered.
