摘 要:介绍了外螺旋双筒内运动爪式采样器的结构和工作流程,并对20台套爪式采样器的性能进行试验研究。研究结果表明:中空式的内筒(180mm)设计能采取标称最大粒度为60mm的煤样;内置活塞推杆式自清洗装置可保证样品不黏堵,实际运行表明对于全水分16%的煤样仍可以正常采样;爪式闭口设计可提升过程中的煤样不洒落及确保初级子样完整;超声波定位装置可采取距离车厢底部10cm以内的物料并基本符合全深度采样;精密度及偏倚实验表明,其在采样过程中水分和灰分均无实质性偏倚,可满足ISO 13909中相关的要求。This paper introduced the structure and work processes of outer spiral binocular claw-type mechanical coal sampler. 20 sets of claw-type sampler performance tests showed that: the inner cylinder of hollow type (φ180 mm) was designed to select the coal samples which had maximum particle size of 60 mm; the internal self-cleaning piston pusher device would prevent the sample from blocking; the actual operation circumstances demonstrated that the normal sampling work could be done for coal samples which had total moisture of 16%; closed-mouth claw design could prevent the samples from spill and ensure the integrity of primary subsample; the ultrasonic positioning device could select samples that located at areas less than 10cm from the bottom of carriage, which basically met the requirements of full depth sampling. Additionally, experiments about the precision and bias showed that: there was no actual bias in the determination of moisture content and ash yield in the sampling process, which could meet the requirements in ISO13909.
