摘　　要：分析了大有能源石壕洗煤厂生产中介质消耗高的原因,阐述了采取及时调整生产、加强脱介筛管理、提高磁选机的磁选效率、加强介质管理等措施可有效降低该洗煤厂的介质消耗。The reasons of high medium consumption in Shihao coal preparation plant of Dayou energy company were analyzed in this paper. It was indicated that measurements such as adjusting the production plan, enhancing the management of medium draining screen, improving the efficiency of magnetic separator, enhancing the medium management could be taken to reduce the medium consumption.
