摘　　要：:阑尾脓肿临床有寒证、热证之分。寒证宜温化 ,用脓肿温化汤 (当归、桂枝、附子、红花、赤芍、鹿角片、薏苡仁等 ) ;热证宜清化 ,用脓肿清化汤 (桃仁、红花、三棱、金银花、地榆、玄参、薏苡仁、冬瓜仁等 )。肠梗阻以痛、呕、胀、闭四大症为主 ,其中以闭为主要矛盾 ,其治疗 ,于通降攻逐之中辨证加入少量桂枝或桔梗以通调气机 。Abscess is clinically divided into cold syndrome and heat syndrome, the former suited to warming with abscess Wen Hua Tang and the latter suited to clearing away with abscess Qing Hua Tang. Intestinal obstructions mainly showed pain, vomit, abdominal distension and constipation, of them constipation is the chief problem. The effect is quite clear treated by Tong Jiang Gong Zhu added dialectically a small amount of cinnamon twig or platy codon root.
