摘　　要：针对煤矿通风机的监控方式自动化程度低和劳动强度大等缺点,利用传感器采集数据,经单片机处理后由液晶屏提供实时显示并自动报警手段的设备监控方法,设计了一种运行可靠,操作简单的监控系统。该监控系统经实际应用表明,基于单片机和触摸屏设计的煤矿通风机保护系统既可对煤矿通风机进行实时监控,具有检测、显示、超限报警等功能,又可保证通风机正常稳定运行。In view of the disadvantages of low automation and heavy labor intensity of the control system for mine ventilator, collects data by sensor. The LED screen provides real-time display and alarm automatically through SCM processing. Designs one monitoring system that operates reliable and simple. The application of this SCM and touch screening based monitoring system shows that it can real-time monitor ventilator and has the functions of testing, displaying and alarm when overrun; also ensures the normal and stable operation.
