摘　　要：为改善抽放泵的工作性能,保证抽放泵正常运行,通过分析水垢形成原因,指出水垢对设备运行效率的影响。在实际工作中采用了前期化学药物除垢,然后投入使用电子除垢仪,从而解决了抽放泵运行效率低的问题,满足了生产的实际需要。In order to improve the performance of drainage pump and ensure the normal operation of drainage pump, analyzes the reason of furring form and points out the influence of furring on efficiency of equipment operation. During the early job stage, adopts chemistry medicine descaling, then the electrical descaler is being putted into use. So the problem that low efficiency operation of drainage pump is solved and meets the production need.
