摘　　要：文化教育是媒体的重要社会功能,新媒体以其传播技术优势明显、速度快、反馈及时成为和谐文化建设的重要力量。在建设和谐文化过程中,新媒体在拓宽交流渠道,克服传统媒体在传播和谐文化中的缺陷,创造新样式等方面都发挥着重要作用。Cultural education is the important social function of media; new media has become one important power in harmony culture construction for its speed and feedback. New media has played a more and more important role in extending exchange channels, overcoming traditional media＇s shortcomings in spreading harmony culture and innovating new spreading Sorms.
