运用资源观理论进行文献资源建设的成功个案研究

摘　　要：运用经济学企业管理的原理对高校的各种问题进行探讨,提高学校的核心竞争力,已经成为日趋激烈的竞争环境下高校管理者的共识。资源观是企业管理方面的重要理论,用它来指导图书馆文献资源建设,也越来越引起高校图书馆界的关注。山西大学社会史研究中心近年在文献资源建设方面创新发展,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。借用资源观理论来研究中心资料建设的过程,对资料获取和学术创新的内在联系进行探讨,会给高校图书馆的文献资源建设带来新的理念。Using the enterprise management principles of economics to discuss all sorts of problems in universities and to enhance the core competition of the school has become common view of university administrators under the increasingly fierce competition environment. Resource -based view is important theory in enterprise management. Using it to guide the construction of library literature resources also arouses more and more concern of colleges and universities libraries. Shanxi University Social History Center has achieved remarkable results in document re- sources construction innovation and development in recent years. Applying resource - based view theory to study in- formation construction process, discussing the internal relation of data acquisition and academic innovation, canbring new concept to university libraries＇ literature resources construction.
